The 8-seater dining table with comfortable club chairs, upholstered sun chairs with side tables and umbrellas offers extensive outdoor living amenities. A covered smaller lanai area with a two-seater lounge chair table combination let you relax and enjoy your privacy even more.
LIVING ROOM AREA: is the center of the villa where the major of activities take place such as watching a movie with the 3D television, listening to music with a built in sound speaker system throughout the house, reading books or just taking in thebreathtaking view across the canal towards the nature preserve.

Explore the various boating destinations such as Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa State Park, and North Captiva Island. Boaters will appreciate the reasonably short distance to the Gulf.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.

This property was absolutely perfect! It was impeccably clean and extremely stocked. The kitchen is fully stocked. The place has plenty of towels and 6 very comfortable chaise lounges in the pool area. Two bikes in the garage for use through the neighborhood.
The pool is beautiful and fully screened in. Floor plan of the house is open and offers a beautiful view of the lanai and pool.
The property manager is quick to respond and very helpful. Everything about the house was more than we could expect.

The house is truly as beautiful as the pictures show. Everything was fully stocked from the kitchen to the bath and pool towels.
The pictures show 4 chaise lounges but there were actually two more in the garage for a total of six.
House was immaculately clean and the property manager was quick to answer calls for questions. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had a bathroom. The pool lanai was absolutely the best place to start and end each day.
This property is absolutely perfect in all ways and will not disappoint!
The location as well as the elegance and amenities that this home offered were beyond words. We have rented homes all over the world and have never felt as comfortable as well as pampered during our stay. We ate a good portion of our meals at home as the kitchen offered everything you could imagine!
