Welcome to the beautiful and sunny Villa BIANCO located in one of the most sought- after areas of Cape Coral, the southwest. The villa is located in a mature neighborhood which gives you a private and welcoming feeling.
Cape Harbor Marina with its great restaurants and shops is just a few minutes away. You can reach it easily by boat or bike as well.
The west facing pool area let's you enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. The Villa is located at a 240 feet wide canal that takes you to the Gulf of Mexico, where you can explore this unique environment and emjoy an outstanding holiday experience. Just choose from our range of boats, or ask us for help, we are happy to assist you with your decision. The 26 Crownline E6 XS can even be rented for a special weekly rate together with the villa.
The interior and exterior furnishing has a clean contemporary design with original acrylic paintings in the house as the focal points. Enjoy the music and movies on the high-end entertainment system, af the end of a wonderful day in paradise.

The outdoor pool area provides a dining area seating up to 8 guests and pool loungers for recreation.
With three bedrooms (2 king-, 1 queen bed) each with its own ensuite bathroom it is the family vacation home. And since there are no carpets in the house it is also great for our guests who suffer from allergies.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.
